    If two end users are trying to book a slot at the same time the first one to submit the booking gets the slot and the second person gets a generic error message without much help. I know this message can be modified with translations but the end user still sees a list of slots including the taken one.

    The error should be detected giving a less generic error message and refreshing the available slots for the service removing the one or more they tried to book.
