Send customer reminders


Dashboard > Webba Booking > Settings > Email notifications



Step 1. Check the Send customer reminders if you’d like to send daily reminders to the customer.

Step 2. Check the Set the date of sending for customer’s reminders Choose between the following options: 1 – tomorrow, 2 – day after tomorrow, 7 – one week before

Step 3. Enter the Subject customer reminders. Specify the subject of the letter that will be sent to a customer (up to 100 characters). For example, ‘Appointment reminder’.

Step 4. Enter the Customer reminders message. Use the text editor to write the email message. To insert a placeholder directly related to the client or service data, use the special buttons :
