CSV delimiter

Setup the delimiter to be used in CSV-export.

The default setting, compatible with the most of the CSV editors, such as OpenOffice or Microsoft Office is a comma.

At the same time, if there is a comma in your date formats, the CSV output will be broken. For this reason, you need to setup semicolon as a delimiter.
