Allow cancel or approve by link

If you put the placeholders (#admin_cancel_link, #admin_approve_link) corresponding to allow cancel or approve by link in administrator’s email notification (Settings > Email notifications), they won’t work if this is set to no.

Put yes to allow the administrator to cancel or approve appointment with this link in his email notification.
