1. Name #
Give your pricing rule a descriptive name so you can easily identify it later.
- Example: “Summer Peak Season”, “Weekend Premium”, “Early Bird Discount”
2. Priority #
Set the order in which rules are applied when multiple rules apply to the same booking.
- Low: Applied last (lower precedence)
- Medium/High: Applied earlier (higher precedence)
- Tip: Use priority to control which rule takes effect when rules overlap.
3. Type #
Choose Price Based on Custom Field Value
When you select “Price based on custom field value” as your type, you can create dynamic pricing rules tied to custom form fields.
3.1 Custom Field ID #
Enter the exact name of your custom field as it appears in the Form Builder.
- Important: This must match the custom field name exactly, or the rule won’t work.
- Example: If your form field is named “Package Type”, enter
Package Type - Where to find it: Check your Form Builder to confirm the exact field name.
3.2 Custom Field Value #
Enter the exact option name from your custom field as it appears in the Form Builder.
- Important: This must match the custom field option name exactly, or the rule won’t work.
- Example: If your “Package Type” field has options like “Basic”, “Standard”, “Premium”, enter one of these exact names.
- Where to find it: Check your Form Builder under the custom field’s options.
⚠️ Matching is case-sensitive. If the form builder shows “Premium” and you enter “premium”, the rule won’t trigger.
4. Operator #
Choose how to match the custom field value:
- equals: Price applies when the field value exactly matches
- more than: Price applies when the field value is greater than the specified amount
- less than: Price applies when the field value is less than the specified amount
5. Action #
Select how the price should be modified:
- Increase: Add the amount to the base price
- Reduce: Subtract the amount from the base price
- Replace: Set a completely new price, ignoring the base price

6. Amount #
Enter the numerical value to apply with your chosen action.
- Example: 50, 100, 200
7. Fixed or Percent #
Choose whether the amount is a fixed value or a percentage:
- Fixed: Apply an exact amount (e.g., add $50)
- Percent: Apply a percentage of the base price (e.g., increase by 20%)
8. Multiply Amount by Field Value #
When enabled, the amount is multiplied by the custom field value.
- Example: If the amount is 10 and the field value is 5, the final adjustment is 10 × 5 = 50
9. The Field is Related to the Number of Seats Booked #
Enable this when the custom field represents seat quantity, allowing pricing adjustments based on seat count.
10. Apply to Entire Order #
When enabled, the pricing rule applies to the complete booking instead of individual time slots.
- Default: Off (applies to individual time slots)
- Enable when: You want consistent pricing for multi-slot bookings
