Webba Booking provides two booking form layouts:
- Webba 6 Classic Form
- Waterfall Form
Both layouts support the same booking process. The main difference is how the booking steps are displayed to customers.
To choose a layout, go to Webba Booking > Form Styler.
Webba 6 Classic Form #
The Classic Form displays the booking process in separate steps.
Customers move through the form using the Next and Back buttons. A summary panel displays the selected service, date, time, and other booking information.
This layout is useful when you want:
- A clear step-by-step booking process
- Each booking stage displayed separately
- A booking summary shown beside the form
- A structured layout for forms with several options
To use it:
- Go to Webba Booking > Form Styler.
- Select Webba 6 Classic Form under Form layout.
- Review the form in the preview area.
- Adjust the appearance settings if needed.
- Click Save Changes.
Waterfall Form #
The Waterfall Form displays the booking sections in a continuous vertical flow.
As customers make their selections, they continue through the available services, dates, time slots, personal details, and payment options.
This layout is useful when you want:
- A simple and compact booking form
- A smooth, continuous booking experience
- Fewer navigation buttons
- A layout that works well on mobile devices
To use it:
- Go to Webba Booking > Form Styler.
- Select Waterfall Form under Form layout.
- Review the form in the preview area.
- Adjust the appearance settings if needed.
- Click Save Changes.
Choosing the Right Layout #
Choose the Webba 6 Classic Form if you prefer a guided, step-by-step booking process with a separate summary panel.
Choose the Waterfall Form if you prefer a continuous and more compact booking experience.
You can switch between the layouts at any time. Use the preview to check how each layout looks before saving your changes.
Changing the form layout only changes how the booking form is displayed. Your services, schedules, and existing bookings remain unchanged.
