8. Click Continue until the Add Scopes appears.

9. Select Meeting section and tick all the checkboxes under View all user meetings and View and manage all user meetings and press Done.

10. On Webba dashboard go to Settings –> Zoom and set Client ID and Client secret that you just generated.

11. Press “Save”.

12. Press “Authorize” link that shows up under the Client secret field and sign in to your Zoom account to finalize the authorization.

13. Go to “Advanced Settings” and in Zoom meeting creation select whether you want the meetings to be created “On booking” or “On payment or approval”.

By following these steps, you will successfully integrate Webba with Zoom and be able to seamlessly manage virtual meetings and bookings through your booking system.

Note that pre-requirements for the integration are that the minimum PHP version is 7.2 and the Google Client API version is set to 2.9.1 on the Google calendar tab.

How to add Zoom meeting links to Email Notifications?

To include Zoom meeting links in your email notifications, you use the following placeholders:

  • Zoom URL: #zoom_url
  • Zoom password: #zoom_pass

By inserting these placeholders in your email templates, the actual Zoom meeting URL and password will be dynamically populated and included in the email sent to customers, providing them with the necessary information to join their scheduled meetings.
