Service Categories
Service Categories are a feature within the Webba Booking plugin that allows you to organize your services into logical groups or classifications.
By grouping related services together, you can provide a structured and intuitive user experience for your customers, making it easier for them to navigate the booking form and select the specific services they require.

Bookings
A booking is a scheduled interaction or session between a customer and your business, occupying a specific reserved time slot for a particular service. Some people call it “appointments”.
The Bookings page provides you with a comprehensive overview of all bookings, including detailed information about the fields the customer filled in when making the appointment.
By accessing the Bookings page, you gain visibility into crucial details such as customer-selected preferences, contact information, and any additional information provided during the booking process.
Booking Form
The booking form is the interface through which customers interact with your Webba Booking plugin. It’s the gateway to scheduling services and making appointments.
To incorporate the booking form into a page, you need to insert the booking form shortcode on your desired webpage.
Appearance customization options are available in the “Appearance” tab, allowing you to personalize the booking form’s look and feel. Additionally, you can modify or add booking form fields using Form Fields, ensuring the form aligns perfectly with your requirements.
