How to add Service Fees on Webba?

You can add a one-time extra charge to your services, such as a cleaning fee or registration fee. This amount is added to the final order total.

Here is how to do it:

Step 1. Navigate to the Services menu and add or edit a service.
Step 2. Select the Pricing tab and scroll down to the Add one-time service fee field.
Step 3. Enter the desired fee amount
Step 4. Press Save

To disable the fee, simply set the amount to 0.
Once enabled, customers will be charged the deposit amount rather than the full service price during online checkout.

Managing Service Fee Taxability

You can control whether taxes are applied to service fees through your global settings.

Location: Settings > General > Advanced > Do not tax the service fee

How it works:

• Enable this option if you want to exclude the service fee from tax calculations (e.g., for non-taxable administrative fees).
• Disable this option if the service fee should be taxed along with the rest of the order.
