What are the pricing rules?
The pricing rules feature in Webba Booking allows you to implement flexible pricing based on various factors.
You have the flexibility to set up different prices based on date ranges, days of the week, time intervals, early bookings, multiple bookings, number of seats, and even custom field values. This enables you to customize your pricing structure and offer paid options to meet the specific needs of your business and customers.
How to add and edit pricing rules?
Video instructions:
To add or edit pricing rules in Webba Booking, navigate to the Pricing Rules page.

How to assign a pricing rule to a service?
Video instructions:

After creating a pricing rule in Webba Booking, you can assign it to a specific service to apply the customized pricing. Here’s how you can do it:
- Go to the Services page in Webba Booking.
- Select the service to which you want to assign the pricing rule.
- In the service edit popup, navigate to the Pricing tab.
- Look for the “Pricing Rules” section and click on the field to open the pricing rules list.
- From the dropdown list, select one or multiple pricing rules that you want to apply to the service.
- Save the changes to apply the selected pricing rules to the service.
By assigning the pricing rules to the service, the customized pricing configurations will be in effect for that particular service, allowing you to offer flexible pricing based on different factors.
Note: If you’re using multiple pricing rules for the same service, make sure to set the Priority (low, medium, or high) of the Pricing rule to determine the order in which the rules are applied.
