How to accept deposits on Webba?

Webba Booking version 6.2.3 introduced full support for deposit payments. You can now require a partial payment for any service.

Here is how to do it:

Step 1. Navigate to the Services menu and add or edit a service.
Step 2. Select the Pricing tab and check the box to enable deposits.
Step 3. Enter the desired deposit amount
Step 4. Press Save

And that’s it!

Once enabled, customers will be charged the deposit amount rather than the full service price during online checkout.

How to collect the remaining balance?

Currently, there is no automated feature to request or collect the outstanding balance within the plugin. This functionality is scheduled for release in the first half of 2026.
