What is a Calendar?

Each service in the Webba Booking plugin has its own unique calendar, including business hours, open/closed days, time slots, and bookings.

The calendar page allows you to overview all services and bookings in one calendar and use schedule tools to bulk edit the services.

By default, bookings with the “Cancelled” status are hidden from the calendar view. To display them in the calendar, select “Cancelled” in the Status filter.

Calendar View

The Calendar page provides an overview of all your bookings, offering a comprehensive view of your scheduled activities. By default, it displays bookings for all services, but you have the flexibility to tailor your view by selecting specific services at the top of the page.

The default view in the Schedules page is a monthly calendar display. However, you can easily switch between different timeframes by choosing from the options available in the top right corner of the calendar. You can switch between “Months,” “Weeks,” or “Days” view to suit your scheduling needs.

Schedule tools

The Schedule Tools button is located on the top right of the Schedules page. After pressing it you will go to the Schedule tools page where you can perform automatic bulk actions for locking and unlocking dates and time slots.

Manual Lock / Unlock

Manual Lock and Unlock functionality gives you control over your service availability. To use this feature, select the desired service at the top of the page.

Then you have an option to perform the following actions:

• Lock (close) or unlock (open) service availability for an entire day by clicking on “close” or “open” under the date
• Lock and unlock a time slot but clicking a padlock icon next to the time slot
• Add an appointment by clicking the icon next to the padlock

Date Auto Lock / Unlock

The Date Auto Lock and Date Auto Unlock tools enable you to lock or unlock a range of dates at once for selected services or categories. You can optionally exclude specific dates or days of the week.

Time Slot Auto Lock / Unlock

The Time Slot Auto Lock and Time Slot Auto Unlock tools allow you to lock or unlock a range of time slots within a given date range. You can select services or categories, exclude specific dates or days of the week, and define the time slot range.

Create multiple bookings

You can create multiple bookings in succession by following these simple steps. Begin by selecting the desired service, date, time, and complete the necessary fields. Then, click “Start” and continue this process as many times as needed to quickly generate multiple bookings.
