How to customize colors in Webba Booking form?

The Webba Booking plugin offers you an option to make a booking form that fits your website’s color scheme. To customize the colors of your booking form, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Appearance page in the plugin settings.
  2. You will find two settings where you can change the colors of different elements on the booking form.
  3. To save the colors press “Save”

How to add sidebar support details?

You can now display support contact information directly in the booking form sidebar, helping your customers reach you quickly if they need assistance during the booking process.

Steps to add sidebar support details:

  1. Go to Settings -> Booking Form
  2. Expand the Sidebar Support Details section.
  3. Fill in the fields:
    • Support Title – The heading that appears in the sidebar (e.g., “Need help?”).
    • Support phone number – Add your phone number so customers can call directly from the form.
    • Support email – Add your support email address for quick contact.
  4. Click Save to apply changes.

How to customize instructions in the confirmation step?

In the confirmation step, you’ll find a field where you can add extra information for your customers—such as your cancellation policy, preparation instructions, arrival times, and more.
You can customize this field by following these steps.

  1. Click Save to apply your changes.
  2. Go to Settings → Booking Form.
  3. Click Toggle editor next to Instructions to show after placing booking.
  4. Edit the text in the editor as desired.
