What was the part you needed to be customized?
We need it to customize multiple things such as the possibility to have different levels of categories, block the users to not book more than 1 at same time depending on the school. In addition we needed an interface which allows us to manage student visits and make calendar availability individual based on students activity.
How easy was it to order Webba customization?

The Faculty of Business and Law at Curtin University required a system to house our desk and office bookings. Previously, these were all handled manually and created an administrative burden. After researching the products and tools available, we decided that creating a website with a booking plugin would be the best option.
We initially started off using the free version of Webba Booking, even on the free version we received excellent support from Ivan and the Webba Team. They were incredibly patient with all of our questions and were a big help in setting up the initial system.
After about 6 months of using the system, we realised we needed a custom option. There were a lot of booking spaces throughout the Faculty of Business and Law and we wanted users to have the option of selecting the location, date and time range of their booking. We approached the Webba booking team about this customisation and they were able to come up with a solution.
We did extensive testing a troubleshooting of the customisation, and every step of the way Ivan and the Webba team assisted with every tweak and adjustment, making sure we were 100% happy with the final product.
The team were highly responsive and kept us up to date every step of the way, making sure we were happy with each iteration. The end result is better than we had planned for, and has helped to automate a big chunk of our processes.
