Introducing Webba Booking Zoom integration

When the world suddenly shifted to working from home, many businesses had to go online to reach and serve their customers. Zoom became one of the most popular platforms for virtual meetings, conferences and classes. It even graduated to verb-status, as in “I’ll just Zoom you.”

Now, there’s no need to leave your Webba Booking appointments behind – you can use our new integration to hold appointments directly in Zoom.

Are you a fitness instructor teaching online yoga classes? A consultant giving career advice through video calls? A therapist providing online counselling sessions? If you use Webba Booking to manage your appointments, now you can hold those appointments in Zoom with just a few clicks.

How does Webba Booking Zoom integration work?

Let’s skip long intros, here’s a lowdown of the new feature:

  • Bookings created in Webba will automatically appear as meetings in Zoom. Zoom meeting bookings can be created both when a customer books on the front-end booking form or when an admin creates a booking through the dashboard.
  • Customers will receive automatic emails with the meeting details. Emails can be fully customised in the plugin settings.
  • Appointments can be easily rescheduled or cancelled in Webba Booking and the changes will reflect in Zoom.

This means no more manual creation of Zoom meetings or sharing of links – everything is taken care of automatically. If online meetings with clients are part of your business, this feature will save you time and make your workflow more efficient.

How to get started

You don’t have to be a tech expert to start using Zoom integration with Webba Booking. We’ve made sure the setup is as straightforward as possible. All you need is a Zoom account and Webba Booking Premium.
