🗓️ New waterfall booking form style
Choose between two booking form styles: Classic and Waterfall.
The new Waterfall booking form gives you another way to present the booking process on your website, helping you better match the booking experience to your business and website design.
Whether you prefer the familiar Classic layout or the new Waterfall style, you can select the option that works best for your customers.
To set up the form style go to –> Form Styler –> Select between Webba 6 Classic form and Waterfall Form
🔔 Browser booking notifications
Get booking notifications directly in your browser
Webba 6.5.0 introduces browser notifications for new bookings.
You can now receive booking alerts directly in your browser, helping you stay on top of new appointments without constantly checking your WordPress dashboard or inbox.
This makes it easier to react quickly and reduces the chance of missing an important booking.
To enabled the browser notifications go to Settings –> Notifications –> Select Browser Notifications tab and click “Enable on this browser”
📄 PDF invoice attachments (PRO version)
Send professional PDF invoices to customers
Webba Booking PRO can now attach a professional PDF invoice to customer emails.
Customers can easily save, print, or keep their invoice for their records, giving your booking process a more professional experience.
To enable the PDF invoices go to Email notifications –> select the email notification template –> enable “Attach PDF invoice” toggle.
✉️ Gmail as an email provider (PRO version)
Send Webba emails through Gmail
Webba Booking PRO now supports Gmail as an email provider.
You can use Gmail’s email servers to send booking notifications and other Webba emails.
This gives you another email delivery option and can help improve the reliability of emails sent to your customers and staff.
To set up Gmail as mailer go to Settings –> Notifications –> Email tab –> select Gmail and proceed with the Gmail authorization
↗️ Redirect after booking confirmation
Create a personalized post-booking experience
You can now redirect customers to a specific page after their booking is confirmed.
This gives you more control over what customers see after completing a booking.
You can use it to send customers to:
- A personalized thank-you page
- Additional booking instructions
- An onboarding page
- A special offer
- Another relevant page on your website
It’s also useful if you’re running advertising campaigns and want customers to reach a dedicated confirmation page after successfully completing a booking.
To set up redirect page after booking is made go to Settings –> Advanced Booking Rules –> Enable “Redirect to a page after booking is made” and select “Redirect to a page after booking is made”
📅 Automatically select the first available date
Help customers find available appointments faster
The booking calendar can now automatically select the first available date.
Instead of customers manually searching through the calendar to find a day with available timeslots, Webba can immediately take them to the first date they can book.
That means fewer clicks and less time spent searching for an available appointment.
🏷️ Show applied coupons in the booking list
See which coupon was used at a glance
Webba 6.5.0 now shows the applied coupon directly in the booking list.
This makes it easier to see which discount code was used for each booking without opening additional booking details.
It can help you review promotions, answer customer questions, and understand how coupons are being used.
