Introducing Webba 6 — The Next Evolution of Webba Booking
We’re thrilled to announce the release of Webba Booking 6.0, one of the biggest update we’ve ever made to Webba Booking. This new version brings a fresh design, smarter booking flows, and powerful new customization options — all aimed at making appointment scheduling faster, easier, and more flexible for both you and your customers.
New release will start rolling out in mid-July 2025, starting first with PRO users.
- [IMPORTANT] New version will affect your current setup. Please read the section called “Migration from Webba 5.x.x to Webba 6.x.x” in order to see all the settings that are changing. We recommend disabling automatic updates for Webba Booking and update manually whenever ready.
- If you prefer the UI and UX of Webba Booking 5.x.x – DO NOT UPDATE. The support for 5.x.x versions will be extended until end of 2025 and starting 2026, only versions 6.x.x and above will be fully supported.
- If your plugin has updated to Webba Booking 6.x.x automatically and you would like to downgrade to Webba Booking 5.x.x, please download the latest stable Webba Booking Lite 5.x.x version here.

- Uninstall the Webba 6 version currently installed on your website.
- Install the version file you downloaded.
- Please make sure your license is activated. You can do this by going to the “Account” page under the Webba Account settings in your WordPress dashboard.
Your data should remain intact, but we strongly recommend making a full backup of your website before proceeding — just in case any unexpected issues occur during the downgrade process.

Webba Booking 6.0 comes with a brand-new, streamlined booking form. The fresh layout is cleaner, more user-friendly, and designed to deliver a smooth booking experience on any device. 🛠 Webba Custom Form Builder (PRO)
Webba 6.0 introduces the Webba Custom Form Builder, exclusive to the PRO version users. Now you can:
- Build fully customized booking forms directly within Webba — no need for third-party plugins like Contact Form 7.
- Add, remove, or adjust form fields as you wish, all from an easy-to-use interface. There are multiple types of fields available, fitting all your needs.

⚠️ Important for Upgrades:
If you are upgrading from Webba 5.x.x and previously used Contact Form 7 integration, please note:
👉 Your CF7 booking forms will need to be recreated using the new Webba Custom Form Builder.
This change allows us to offer a deeper, more stable integration and greater flexibility for your forms.
Custom Form Builder is only available in the PRO plans, meaning that if you have used CF7 integration for Webba Booking Lite, you will have to upgrade to PRO license or stay at Webba 5.x.x version.

With Webba Booking 6.x.x, we’ve refreshed the User Dashboard — the area where your clients manage their bookings.
The updated dashboard not only looks better — with a more intuitive layout and improved usability — but it also lays the foundation for a consistent experience across all Webba Booking sections.
👉 Throughout this year, we’ll continue updating other areas of Webba Booking to align with this new design direction, so your admin experience will feel more polished, cohesive, and enjoyable.

⚠️ Upcoming Price Update — Lock In the Current Rate Now
As we continue to grow Webba Booking, invest in new features, and maintain top-level customer support, our operating costs have naturally increased. To ensure we can keep delivering the quality you expect, the price of Webba Booking is planned to increase in August 2025.
Alongside this, we’ll be introducing a new pricing structure that gives new users more choice between different PRO versions, so they can select the plan that fits their needs best.
👉 Good news for current users:
This change will only apply to new users or new purchases. If you’re thinking about upgrading to PRO, now is the perfect time to do it and lock in the current pricing before the new rates take effect.
Migration from Webba 5.x.x to Webba 6.x.x: What you need to know
The new version will make everything simpler, however it also means, that some settings will have to be reset in order for the booking form to work without any issues.
Here are things to consider before upgrading to Webba Booking 6.x.x.:
- [IMPORTANT!] If you are using Contact Form 7 (CF7) plugin for a custom fields in the booking form – any templates from Contact Form 7 will have to be recreated using Webba Booking Custom Form Editor. Great news is that CF7 will no longer be needed, so less plugins = better performance.
Here is the documentation about Webba’s Custom Form Builder: https://webba-booking.com/documentation/custom-form-fields/ - Multiple bookings: If you allow multiple bookings in one session, with this new update Multiple Bookings are allowed by default, so all the settings related to this feature are made redundant. In Webba 6.x.x you are no longer able to limit service selection to 1 service only.
- Shortcodes: in Webba Booking 6.x.x – 3 out of 6 shortcodes are made redundant:
[webbabooking multiservice=yes][webbabooking category_list=yes][webbabooking multiservice=yes category_list=yes]Because all of these features will be on by default. You don’t need to do anything if you are still using the old shortcodes, but we recommend to update them to make the setup cleaner.
